L’équipe Customer-LABS recherche un Chef de Projet Fonctionnel SAAS (H/F).
As a Functional Project Manager, you support our customers in getting started with and mastering our customer relationship management solutions. You identify and analyze customer needs, you manage the deployment of our solutions to customers, you interface with our technical team and ensure customer follow-up and assistance on a daily basis.
Your primary objective is to enable customers to maximize their use of our solutions in relation to their needs.
You are organized, rigorous and you have the taste of the exchange with the customer.
Vous savez écouter, analyser un besoin, faire preuve de pédagogie et d’empathie.
Vous êtes à l’aise en rendez-vous, au téléphone et vous savez vous adapter et prendre des initiatives.
With a Bac +4 training as a digital project manager, you have a first experience within a SAAS BtoB platform.
